Shipping policy
COURIERS AND TRACKING INFORMATION
Shipping will be conducted by our Local South African Shipping Partners as selected by our discretion according to the area we need to deliver to.
We use a host of reputable shipping companies for all our shipping requirements. Once you have made your order you will get an automatic confirmation email and once your package has been sent, we will send you a tracking number so you can count down the arrival minutes of your best purchase to date!
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Shipping usually occurs between Monday to Friday and usually will take between 3 to 7 business days to reach you.
Please note we do not deliver on weekends and Public Holidays.

All orders made before 11:00am on Monday - Friday(excluding public holidays) will be sent out on the same day- Fabulous right!? Any orders made after 13:00 pm on Monday - Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be sent out latest, the morning after your order - still pretty awesome! Orders made on a Friday after 13:00 will be sent out on the following Monday. Orders made on a Public Holiday will be sent out on the next working day. Orders generally take 1 - 7 working days to be delivered.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please not that at this time we only ship to locations in South Africa.
We do not ship Internationally or outside South Africa.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping will be determined on the size and location of items purchased. All goods delivered to the address specified upon placing your orders will be used .
In the case of a failed delivery customers will be charged for delivery and no refund on delivery charges will be effected.
ALL ORDERS OVER R1000 WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE
Please note in extreme circumstances where goods cannot be delivered due to matters out of our control communication will be sent out to you the buyer and alternate arrangements will be made by our team upon our discretion.
RETURNS
Costs for any items returned will be carried out by the buyer and only in the case where it is determined that the items were faulty, damaged or missing any parts will we in our discretion pay for the pick up of those items from the delivery address on the initial purchase.
